ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

NORMAL ENTRY

• 5 'O' Level subjects including English language and Mathematics with grade “C” or better. 
• 2 ‘A’ level passes or their equivalents from any of the following subjects: Accounting, Mathematics; Economics; Management of Business/ Business studies; Geography; Computing; or any approved subjects
  

SPECIAL ENTRY

• A Higher National Diploma or National Diploma in any of the following or their equivalents: Business Studies, Diploma in Banking and/or Finance, Diploma in Administration and Commerce, Education (Majoring in Commerce) and Any approved Commercial Diploma
• Candidates admitted under National Diploma above will normally be exempted from Part 1 on course –by-course basis upon application.
• Candidates who have successfully completed the Higher National Diploma in Banking and/or Finance or a business related studies or have obtained equivalent qualifications may apply for direct entry into Part II of the degree programme.
• General provisions for a four year degree programme apply except for special entry students who can complete the program in three years.
• Work related learning and assessment can run concurrently with Part II studies for candidates who are continuously employed in the relevant field for a period of not less than 10 months.
• No candidate may complete the degree in less than three academic parts.

MATURE ENTRY

• 25 years and above with 5 O’ level passes including English Language and Mathematics graded ‘C’ or better.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The programme will normally be offered over a duration of four academic years/levels. No candidate shall complete the degree in less than two academic years/levels. Students should complete the programme within a maximum period of eight (8) academic years/levels, otherwise the student will be timed out of the programme of study.
